Virgil Circle
Limited production, single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Virgil Rock Vineyard in Spring Mountain District, a wine steeped in destiny.
Virgil Circle members receive a personal case allocation presented in a customize wooden box, and coins / bottles for gifting.
In your Allocation
You will receive:
- 12 bottles in a custom wooden case
- 6 bottles + 6 coins for charitable donations or as a gift
Allocations are confirmed in May, and wine is shipped in October.
Where
- We ship everywhere in the United States, EXCEPT for the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, ID, MS, RI, UT
- We can not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

- Pricing is calculated at checkout based on order size & shipping location.
- Members enjoy discounted flat rate shipping.
Delivery
- Orders are processed within 48 hours, and delivered in 2–5 days.
- You will receive tracking emails, and SMS notifications when your order is on the way.
- An adult over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Bestowing the Coins
Your coin box arrives in your first year, please keep it. You will find a wax stamp, note cards and envelops, wax sealing sticks, matches, 6 coins, and instructions. Everything you need to successfully bestow your coins.
Each year after, once your allocation is secured, we'll refill it with your box with coins, notecards and envelops, and sealing wax.
You have until December 1st to bestow your coins. Simply email us each recipient's contact details and we'll send a bottle of Virgil by RARECAT as a gift from you. Prefer to gift in person? Let us know and we'll send the wine directly to you instead. Donating to charity, we will help you with the logistics and donation forms.
Coins do not roll over, they must be used within the year. Thank you for helping us create 10,000 opportunities over the next seven years to do good by gifting or donating your allocated coins.
Experiences
We will host quarterly experiences mainly in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area to share the wine's progression (providing Virgil by RARECAT from the winery cellars) and provide opportunities to meet interesting people with a shared passion for fine wine and giving. These events will be small gatherings in collaboration with exciting chefs, creators, and producers. Circle members will receive an email invitation. RSVPs will be required because of the intimate nature of the events.
Seminars and Tastings
RARECAT will host four hands-on, engaging, and fun wine tastings and seminars mainly in Napa, designed for those new to fine wine. These tastings are complimentary and we encourage Circle member to invite guests such adult children or up and coming leaders in your sphere.

Releasing this wine isn't only about collecting, it's about the generosity that changes lives. Questions about the Virgil Circle
If you have been bestowed a coin, you will automatically be added to the Virgil Circle wait list. Those nominated or referred get preference. You can also submit your name to the Virgle Circle waitlist. Virgil Circle is limited for a few hundred members.
Shipping Wine
Yes, it is a legal requirement that an adult over 21 years old signs for a wine shipment. If possible, send your wine to a business address or location with a doorman/concierge.
