How does the Audrey Wine Club work?
- Our team curates your proposed Audrey Club order based on seasonal wine releases.
- You'll receive a two-week heads-up to customized your Audrey club order. That’s your window to update wines, add bottles, or adjust shipping details.
- Our wines are limited and available to members based on a first come, first order preference. To secure access to your favorite limited production wine, it is best to customize your order as soon as you get the email.
- Shipments start a week after the club order is processed based on weather where you live.
When do the Audrey Wine Club orders ship?
Audrey Wine Club shipments go out twice a year.
- Spring shipment: Late February through March.
- Fall shipment: Late September through October.
We take weather and location into account to protect your wines.
How do I customize my Audrey order before each shipment?
RARECAT pre-sets each wine club order based on current releases and availability.
- Two weeks before your order processes, you will receive notification via email/SMS that you can make adjustments to your order.
- You will have products listed that you can swap, and add-on.
- All changes can be controlled in your member portal.
- You can always email us at info@rarecatwines.com to customize your club selection.
How much do Audrey Wine Club orders cost?
- Our cellar-worth wines are high quality at affordable luxury prices. Most bottles range from $79 to $165 for members.
- No membership fee—ever.
- You pay only for the wines you choose.
- Cost per shipment depends on your selection and bottle count.
- Customize to fit your budget—starting as low as $475 per shipment.
How do I use my Audrey Wine Club benefits?

- Arrange a private tasting at RARECAT.
- Curate your wine selection for a special event.
- Get help with your cellar.
- Plan a private wine event at your home, country club, or company.
- Provide Itinerary advice on Trips to Napa or Bordeaux.
Which wines do I get access too by joining the Audrey Wine Club?
- Full access to our cellar-worth Napa Valley, Russian River, Bordeaux, and Champagne wines.
- Small productions, often single vineyard wines that are typically offered at various times of the year are RARECAT Cabernet Sauvignon, ART Series, RARECAT Russian River Pinot Noir, RARECAT Blanc de Noir Champagne, RARECAT Blanc de Blanc Champagne, and RARECAT Rosé Champagne.
- First priority to Virgil's waitlist.

We currently ship to 35+ states.
- States we ship to: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NY, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA + Wash. DC
- State we do not ship to: AK, AR, HI, MS, RI, UT.

Can I pick up my wine club order?
Yes—choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect from our St. Helena office or Napa storage facility at your convenience.
How do I control my Membership?
Access your member portal. You are in full control. We are always here to help, simply email us at info@rarecatwines.com.
Can I skip, pause, or customize a shipment?
Yes. You can customize or place a hold up to 7 days before processing. Use the member portal or email info@rarecatwines.com.
Customization is based on wine club membership. Add-ons are always available based on availability.
How do I update my shipping address or payment method?
Log into the Member Portal and select “Manage Membership,” or reach out to our concierge team for white-glove assistance.
We will notify 2-week prior to each wine club shipment to confirm your wine selections, and ordering details!
