Born from our beloved Simply Pink Club, where members received first access to our RARECAT Rosé, SIMPLY WINE CLUB now expands to include all of our thoughtfully crafted, everyday wines.

How does the Simply Wine Club work?
Fun, easy, and fully customizable. The Simply Wine Club ships four times a year and offers three tiers: choose 12, 6, or 4 bottles per shipment. Then handpick the wines you’d like in each delivery. You receive first access to our R.CAT limited edition wines.

When do Simply Wine Club orders ship?
Simply Wine Club orders ship four times a year: February, May, September, and November.
- You'll receive a two-week heads-up before each shipment. That’s your window to update wines, add bottles, or adjust shipping details.
Which wines do I get access too by joining the Simply Wine Club?
- Full access to our consumable white, sparkling, and rose wines.
- First access to our special edition R.CATs.
- Second access to our Cellar Worthy Napa's, Russian Rivers', Bordeaux's, and Champagne's.
- Small productions wines that are typically offered at various times of the year are RARECAT Rosé, RARECAT Crémant de Bordeaux, RARECAT Grave Sauvignon Blanc, RARECAT Blanc de Barbera.
- RCAT Limited Edition wines vary per year.
How do I use my Simply Wine Club benefits?

We’ll reach out however you prefer: email, call, text, or Zoom. As a RARECAT Member, you’re personally cared for by our client team.
Where is the tasting room?
- Our new public tasting room is located at Museoin, located at 865 Silverado Trail N, Calistoga, CA.
- Tastings are by appointment only.
- For private hosted tastings, visits to the vineyard, corporate events, use of our vineyard-side or organic garden picnic tables, please contact our team directly by email at info@rarecatwines.com with your desired date, group size, and interest.
- RARECAT is a small family-owned boutique winery where are guests are hosted personally by our small team, one-on-one, unrushed experience. All appoints are based on availability.
What is your return policy?
If a wine is flawed or damaged, email us within 14 days for a replacement or credit. We cannot refund wine harmed by weather or delayed pickup.

We currently ship to 35+ states.
- States we ship to: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NY, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA + Wash. DC
- State we do not ship to: AK, AR, HI, MS, RI, UT.

Can I pick up my wine club order?
Yes—choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect from our St. Helena office or Napa storage facility at your convenience.
How do I control my Membership?
Access your member portal. You are in full control. We are always here to help, simply email us at info@rarecatwines.com.
Can I skip, pause, or customize a shipment?
Yes. You can customize or place a hold up to 7 days before processing. Use the member portal or email info@rarecatwines.com.
Customization is based on wine club membership. Add-ons are always available based on availability.
How do I update my shipping address or payment method?
Log into the Member Portal and select “Manage Membership,” or reach out to our concierge team for white-glove assistance.
We will notify 2-week prior to each wine club shipment to confirm your wine selections, and ordering details!
