What if my wine arrived damaged?

We do everything possible to get your wine to you in perfect condition but somethings are out of our control. If you wine arrived damage, please notify us within 14 days, take a picture and send the photo by email. Keep the bottle(s). Our team who will arrange a replacement or credit once we evaluate the issue.

I'm a member, how do I use my member discount?

Your member discount is applied automatically to club orders. It should be applied to all orders after you login. If you have any issues at all, contact us and we will adjust the pricing for you. Members always receive Member pricing when order wines.

Can you hold my order until a specific date?

Absolutely—email info@rarecatwines.com with your preferred ship week, and we’ll schedule the release.
