Triaged, pressed pneumatically under inert gas, and aged on lees in tank with weekly bâtonnage. Our RARECAT 2022 Graves Sauvignon Blanc has bright acidity, fresh floral aromas of white flower, honey, stone fruit with a great length of flavor.

For our Crémant, we made a deliberate choice: 100 percent sémillon. It is a nod to Bordeaux’s past, with a freshness and texture that feel entirely of the present.
