Bordeaux

At RARECAT, our approach to Bordeaux is rooted in respect and shaped by intention. We honor the region’s extraordinary heritage while making wines that speak to an American palate, wines with energy, aromatics, and dancing acidities. In Graves, we focus on sauvignon blanc for its brightness and tension, capturing the crispness and minerality that make the region so compelling. For our Crémant, we made a deliberate choice: 100 percent sémillon. It is a nod to Bordeaux’s past, with a freshness and texture that feel entirely of the present.
