RARECAT has been working with Grenache from M3 for years. The sandy soils of give us vines easy access to water, so the clusters are robust and perfect for our Provence-style Rosé, and Sparkling Barbera—a wine that is as bright and effortless as a summer afternoon. The old, scraggly vines may not look refined, but they give us exactly what we are looking for: delicate aromatics, lifted fruit, and just enough tannin to shape the wine without weighing it down.
