RARECAT Grenache Rose

The 2023 RARECAT "Jennifer" Rose' is 98% Grenache Rouge with fruit harvested early in August to express high acidity, followed by cold fermentation in a stainless steel tank to preserve fruit aromatics. Our lovely Rose' showcases stone fruit characteristics such as peach, apricot, and mango, as well as citrus blossom, and pink grapefruit. It's the perfect Spring/Summertime that pairs with delightful bites such as the saltiness of prosciutto, creaminess of goat cheese, brininess of shellfish, acidity in ceviche, and all sorts of warm weather favorites!
